At Evermade, each order is prepared with care. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Customized & Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, all customized and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This includes products personalized with photos, names, text, dates, custom designs, or other customer-requested details.

Please carefully review all photos, spelling, dates, names, and customization information before submitting your order.

If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your customization, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Apparel

Eligible non-customized apparel may be returned for store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds.

To be eligible, apparel must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Free from stains, scents, damage, or signs of wear
  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Customized or personalized apparel is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error made by Evermade.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible apparel unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Evermade.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item. Store credit can be used toward a future Evermade purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because personalized products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
